We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping times vary by location and carrier.

We are not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by the carrier
Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

5. Returns & Refunds (Strict Policy)

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

The only exception is if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.
